Inspirational Tip
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Albert Einstein (1879-1955 ) Physicist & 1921 Nobel Prize winner
Performance Tip
When Albert Einstein died, he willed his brain to science. It was thought that he possessed many more brain cells (neurones) than the average person. What was discovered however, was that his brain was incredibly dense due to the connections (dendrites) he had made between the cells n his brain by constantly brainstorming, imagining and asking “What if…?” This behaviour literally increased his intelligence.
Albert Einstein knew what children know: that using the imagination opens up an exciting world of possibility, ideas, fun, dreams and knowledge. Accessing your imagination, your creative mind, is one of the keys to effective performance.
When coming up with ideas, brainstorm them using coloured textas or pens. We store colour on the right side of the brain, which is where we also store our imagination, creativity and memory. Your ideas will flow freely when you apply this tip to your planning sessions. When ideas flow more freely now, you open yourself up to an abundance of opportunities which can lead to increased performance.
Have a happy week!
