Performance Tip
One of the fastest ways to increase your performance is to express gratitude for the things you currently have, do and are. Take one minute to complete this gratitude exercise. Why? This exercise assists us to see, hear, know and hold an energy of gratitude. When you focus your reticular activating system (RAS) on what you are grateful for, it is directed to bring more of those things into your life now. This naturally affects and increases your performance.
What to do: Create three headings: Things I Have, Things I Can Do, Things I Am then brainstorm for 20 seconds under each of those headings, listing all of the things you currently have in your life. Feels, looks and sounds good doesn’t it?
